Terms & Conditions

1. Event Admission

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Motorcycle Expo 2025 reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any individual for disorderly conduct, unsafe behavior, or non-compliance with event rules.

2. Exhibitor Agreement

Exhibitors must abide by all rules set forth in the official Exhibitor Agreement. Booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may be adjusted at the discretion of show management based on space requirements or logistical needs.

3. Sponsorship

Sponsorship agreements are binding once confirmed in writing. Sponsors must provide all deliverables (logos, artwork, etc.) within the required timeline to receive full benefits.

4. Media & Photography

By entering the event, all attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors consent to being photographed or filmed. Motorcycle Expo 2025 reserves the right to use any images or recordings for marketing, promotional, or press purposes.

5. Liability

Motorcycle Expo 2025, Promostuff 4 You, and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen items, vehicle damage, or personal injury. All attendees and participants enter at their own risk.

6. Weather Policy

This is an indoor event. Motorcycle Expo 2025 will proceed rain or shine unless conditions make the venue unsafe or inaccessible. Any cancellations will be communicated through official channels.

7. Code of Conduct

We’re a community of riders and enthusiasts—respect is non-negotiable. Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind will result in immediate removal without refund.
