Motorcycle Expo “Swag Box Giveaway” – Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor: Motorcycle Expo, 2103 Corporate Drive, Boynton Beach, FL 33426.
Promotion Period: Begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 3, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 17, 2025.
How to Enter:
- Ticket Entry: Each paid Motorcycle Expo ticket purchased through MotorcycleExpo.us/tickets during the Promotion Period automatically provides one (1) entry.
- Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, share the official “Swag Box Giveaway” post publicly on Facebook or Instagram, tag three (3) friends, and tag @Motorcycle_Expo in your post. Limit one (1) free entry per person per platform.
Prize: One (1) Swag Box containing: Motorcycle Expo T-shirt (size XS–4XL), helmet liner, structured cap, fidget pen, sticker, keychain, motorcycle license plate cover, tire pressure gauge, and mouse pad. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about November 18, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by direct message or email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If winner does not respond within that time, an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: Motorcycle Expo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Motorcycle Expo, which are final and binding.
Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Disputes: All disputes will be governed by Florida law and resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
